    成績單

     
    記得去年一次心想來潮想自己做包子來吃
    搞了半天 麵糰竟然發也發不起來
    從此頹廢不再碰任何要發酵的麵食類
    但
    最近不知為什麼
    超想吃熱騰騰的中式饅頭包子
    於是重新問朋友 問老媽 又上網搜詢
    隨便胡亂做了一通 終於被我做成了
    呵呵 也終於一雪前恥
    當然這要感謝真姊的多次指點 以及飛運過來的酵母(雅婷是那位辛苦的"運送"者)
    現在要交上我的成績單 讓我的網路老師驗收一下
    不過
    直到現在 不過三次的小小成績
    網上的諸位名廚大姐們可千萬別暗自偷笑啊입을 벌리고 하하하
     
    第一次做的五穀雜糧饅頭  因為家裡的大同電鍋是小的 只好把饅頭千成"長高"型 ~
     
     
     
     
    第二次 地瓜芝麻黑糖饅頭 這次麵糰發得比上次還漂亮 於是做了幾個變化造型的饅頭 元元超愛的~~
     
     
    饅頭只有兩口大 元元說這樣吃起來很方便 所以以後就得照他的訂單做了 메롱
     
     
    第三次  參考網路版的地瓜饅頭  甜度適合大人 可是對小孩來說 也能有點清淡 不過元元還是吃得很爽 (媽媽滿意中~)
               為了讓我的成績出來的更美好 特地在網上訂購了電子秤和竹蒸籠 (先生說很有中國味道 )
     
     
    熱騰騰的饅頭 應該配上香甜的豆漿才是一百分 不過要再搞的豆漿太累了 等我實力增加再說吧~
    饅頭做過了 現在想挑戰包子 什麼高麗菜包子 肉包子 韭菜包子啊~
    目前準備中 請老師期待喔~
